Eden Natural Lifestyle Boutique offers the following Returns Policy:
SHIPPING METHOD

Our shipping carrier is UPS
UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday
Nor do they deliver to PO Boxes

SHIPPING TIME

UPS will take up to
3-5 Business days to deliver to the east coast
5-7 Business days to deliver to midwestern states and the west coast.

Orders placed before 3pm EST M-Thurs will go out the same day

Orders placed after 3pm EST M-Thurs will go out the next day

Orders placed on Friday before 3pm will go out Friday but will not be delivered before Monday (Delivery is NOT offered on Saturday. This includes overnight delivery). Orders placed on Friday after 3pm will go out on Monday.

CHECKING SHIPPING STATUS

If you'd like to check the status of your order, please use the tracking # included in your shipping confirmation e-mail or call our customer service at (617) 852-2435.

SALES TAX

Only orders shipped to a Massachusetts address are subject to a 6.25% state sales tax. We do not collect sales tax from any other state at this time.

RETURN POLICY

You should e-mail or call in your claim within 5 days from the date you received your package. As long as the items are unopened and unused it would be our pleasure to assist you however we can.

Please be aware that all sales are final, but we will exchange any item within 30 days of its purchase. Sorry no refunds. Please be sure of your purchase prior to completing your order. If your package arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item your claim must be received within 5 days from the date you receive your order.
